How it works

The five-minute tour: views, workload, automations, notifications, and the keyboard.

Getting started

Sign up, create a project, and pick a template โ€” Blank, Simple kanban (starter labels), or Sprint (To Do ยท Doing ยท Review ยท Done with an example task to poke at). The home screen keeps a short checklist that ticks itself off as your workspace comes to life.

Every project starts with statuses (your board columns) that admins can rename, recolor, reorder, and mark as done โ€” moving a task into a done status completes it everywhere.

Views

All four views show the same tasks โ€” switching views never changes your data, and filters ride along in the URL so you can share exactly what you're looking at.

ListGroup by status, assignee, priority, or due date; sort; drag rows between groups; bulk-edit with checkboxes; add tasks with one input.
BoardKanban columns, drag cards between them. On a phone, columns snap one-per-screen and cards move with a long-press.
CalendarMonth/week grid on desktop with drag-to-reschedule pills. On phones it becomes an agenda: a swipeable date strip, overdue up top, and your recent completions when you scroll back.
GanttBars for spans, diamonds for single dates, arrows for dependencies. Drag to move, drag edges to resize (desktop and tablets); phones are view-only โ€” tap a bar to open the task.

My Tasks collects everything assigned to you across projects, as a list or a cross-project calendar colored by project. Workload spreads each task's estimate across its span to show hours per person per day against capacity โ€” green under 80%, amber to 110%, red beyond.

Working together

Invite people to a project from its Members tab (they get an email link). Mention teammates with @name in descriptions and comments, react with emoji, and copy a task's link to share it โ€” links respect project membership. Open any task's Activity section to see who moved it, who was assigned, and what automations did.

Automations & recurring tasks

Each project has a When/If/Then rule builder: when a task moves to Done โ†’ complete its subtasks, when a blocker completes โ†’ notify assignees of unblocked work, and so on. New projects include two disabled examples to flip on.

Set Repeat on any task to make it a recurring template โ€” it disappears from the boards and spawns fresh copies on schedule (daily, weekly, monthly). Find your templates under Settings โ†’ Recurring tasks.

Notifications & the daily digest

The bell collects mentions, assignments, comments, reactions, due-soon and overdue nudges, and automation pings. Every type has its own toggle in Account settings โ€” turning one off stops it everywhere, bell and email alike.

If you enable the daily digest, you get at most one email a day โ€” around 7am in your timezone โ€” summarizing whatever you haven't read, grouped by project. No unread notifications, no email.

FAQ

Does it work on my phone?

Yes โ€” open the app in your phone's browser. Below tablet width you get a bottom tab bar, full-screen task sheets, long-press drag on the board, and the agenda calendar. No install needed.

Is it free?

Free while in beta. If that changes, existing workspaces will hear about it well in advance.

Can I export my data?

Not yet โ€” data export is on the roadmap. Your data lives in a standard Postgres database, and nothing about the product locks it in.

Can I make my own project templates?

Today you pick from the three built-ins; saved custom templates are on the roadmap.

Where are privacy policy and terms?

Being drafted โ€” they'll be published here before third-party sign-in ships.
